WEST PALM BEACH, Florida – Alfonso Rosas Jr., Euro-Works, won Best of Show in the 2023 Top Shelf Design Awards with his “Car Condo Heaven” project. The 2-story modern car condo features a bar and office space. Rosas received an award plaque and a $500 prize.

“One of the most fun projects we have ever participated in is a 2-story car condo (yes, it’s a thing) consisting of an upstairs bar and office space and a downstairs garage and restroom,” Rosa said on his submission form.

Using miter folds to accomplish clean lines, this entire project was completed with the Luxe line from Alvic. At the bar, Rosa said he used a combination of Luxe Rojo and Negro; and in the office, a combination of Luxe Euroline 3 and Negro. In the downstairs space, Luxe Negro also was used for the display cases and electrical panel cabinets.

All category winners and honorable mentions, chosen from a pool of 57 entries, received an award plaque and will be featured in Closets & Organized Storage magazine and on all its social media channels.

The awards were distributed at the 2023 Top Shelf Design Awards reception, (CCF Industries), held on April 13 at the Palm Beach Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida as part of the annual Closets Conference & Expo.
