Joost is a longtime distributor of Republic's blowers, vacuum pumps, and air knives. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. “Joost offers an exciting opportunity for Republic to strengthen its product and service offering in the Rocky Mountain and western regions of the United States,” said Zach Goff, CEO of Republic Manufacturing.
