Ligna+ Hanover Exhibit Space Going Fast

  HANOVER, GERMANY -- Organizers of Ligna+ Hanover reported that space sales for the May 14-18, 2007, event were equal to 88% of 2005’s total. With eight months to go, approximately 1.2 million square feet of net display space had been booked. KI Expands Manufacturing Facility

GREEN BAY, WI – KI announced November 30 that it will increase manufacturing output at its Bonduel, WI, plant, adding high-pressure laminates and table tops to the facility’s product line-up. The increased production will add up to 75 full-time factory positions over the next three years.

Faus Opens U.S. Laminate Flooring Plant

  CALHOUN, GA -- The Faus Group recently commenced operations at its first U.S. laminate flooring plant. The plant currently has 75 employees, but is expected to employ 160 people when it is fully operational. The Spain-based company plans to add a second phase in 2008 that could eventually bring total employment up to 360 people.
