TUCSON, AZ -- Architectural Traditions, a manufacturer of doors, windows and decorative hardware, was fined $26,500 by the Industrial Commission of Arizona on Nov. 2 for unsafe practices that led to two workers cutting their fingertips off in separate accidents, according to the Arizona Daily Star. The commission also issued two citations outlining 31 safety-rule violations, including the unsafe operation of machines and a lack of training. Read more.
