Low-profile straightedge system

The Rockler low-profile straightedge system allows users to rout, crosscut and rip plywood and other oversized stock with straightedge precision. It includes two guide rails, T-fence and accessories for making sliding power tool platforms. The company says the straightedge is made from lightweight aluminum construction and has a low-profile that maximizes the clearance for power tools.

Use one 52'' length of straightedge to crosscut 4-ft.-wide plywood and other sheet goods in a single pass. Users can connect the guide rails end-to-end to create a 104''-long straightedge for long rip cuts. Two T-track clamps install in the bottom T-slot for securing the guide rails anywhere along their length. Easy-to-install T-fence squares straightedge accurately to workpiece. The top handle lets the user position and hold straightedge in place instead of clamping.

The system can be used to create integrated, sliding power tool platforms by connecting the included power tool guides to 12'' x 12'' acrylic bases.
