Adams Architectural completes historically accurate window job

Adams Architectural recently completed historically accurate windows for an historic home renovation. The homeowner wanted to keep the same look as the original windows, but wanted the efficiency of insulated glass. To preserve the same look as the original, Adams had to fabricate a thicker window sash to maintain the same depth of the muntin bar. More than 40 windows were replaced by the Dubuque, Iowa, company.

TigerStop, which produced this video, says the performance of this station is typical of one that receives little maintenance, with the operator focused on volume of parts rather than quality.
