ST. LOUIS – W.G. “Mickey” Holliman, chairman and CEO of Furniture Brands Int’l. Inc. announced he accepted the resignation of Denise L. Ramos as senior vice president and CFO of the company. Ramos is leaving to accept the position of CFO at ITT Corp., a supplier of advanced technology products and services. Furniture Brands will begin a search for a replacement and will evaluate internal and external candidates.

CITY OF COMMERCE, CA — The U.S. Dept. of Commerce (DOC) will be conducting its International Buyer Program for the first time at the 2007 AWFS Fair, to be held July 18 – 21 in Las Vegas, NV.
