MEXICO CITY -  Hundreds of brands for woodworking technology and supplies will be on display at the annual Magna Expo Mueblera (MEM), Mexico's largest tradeshow event for the industry. Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the woodworking show takes place Jan. 16-19 at the Centro Citibanamex, in Mexico City.

MEXICO CITY - The Biesse Group has confirmed its participation in the Magna Expo Mueblera Industrial trade fair, joining a growing list of woodworking technology leaders for panel processing and solid wood manufacturing, including Altendorf GmbH, Leitz GmbH, Mereen-Johnson, SCM Group, Stiles Machinery Inc./Homag, and Michael Weinig AG/Holz-Her, at the annual event.

More than 90,000 woodworkers traversed more than a thousand exhibits, ranging from Industry 4.0 technology to entry-level machines.

Deutsche Messe AG, organizer of industrial trade fairs around the world, including LIGNA, reported consoldiated revenues of more than €312 million (approximately $425 million) and a net profit of €13.4 million ($18.3 million) for 2013.
