SurfPrep Sanding has named Louis C. Jasso, a Woodworking Network 40 Under 40 honoree, as its national sales and marketing director.

Woodworking Network is soliciting nominations for the 2019 Wood Industry 40 Under 40 award program, celebrating the next generation of industry professionals — in all job levels — who are making an impact on wood products manufacturing in North America.

Managers at firms based in Manitoba and Ontario were among those selected as honorees in Woodworking Network’s 2018 Wood Industry 40 Under 40 Awards.

Honorees of the 2018 Wood Industry 40 Under 40 have been announced by Woodworking Network. The 40 Under 40 awards program celebrates the next generation of industry professionals who are making an impact on wood products manufacturing in North America.

They’re owners, designers, technicians and salespeople – but above all, they’re innovators and motivators who, at 40 years or younger, are already making a difference in the woodworking industry.

"There is a lot more data being generated in the wood industry these days," says Jonathan Adams, CEO of Innergy, a data management systems supplier with offices in Florida and Minnesota.
