SurfPrep Sanding appoints 40 Under 40 honoree as sales manager

LAKE ELSINORE, Calif. - SurfPrep Sanding by Dixon Enterprises has named Louis C. Jasso as its national sales and marketing director. Jasso, one of Woodworking Network’s 2018 40 Under 40 has worked with the firm as a consultant since October 2018.
Formerly the president of Elite Fine Finish in Houston, TX, Jasso has more than a decade of experience in the commercial and residential wood products industry. Jasso will oversee distributor relations while developing and training a more robust sales team for SurfPrep, a brand of the 50-year sanding firm, Dixon Enterprises. Jasso will focus on supporting current distributors while enhancing brand awareness to new markets including consumers, contractors and independent wood workers.

Educating operators on fine finish work is a passion of Jasso’s, one he inherited from his father and grandfather who are longtime veterans of the woodworking field.
