WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – E.F. San Juan Inc. has a well-earned reputation of creating stunning architectural moulding, millwork and cabinetry. The third-generation family-owned business specializes in custom residential, historic restoration and commercial projects throughout Florida and the Southeast, as well as across the United States.

Over the years, the Youngstown, Fla.-based company has evolved from its reliance on a Craftsman table saw and shaper to having a cadre of advanced woodworking equipment including three CNC routers and three CNC moulders. 
E.F. San Juan’s resilience was tested in 2018 when its plant was destroyed by Hurricane Michael. The San Juan family’s response was to rebuild the facility, invest in more productive equipment and implement best practices for improved workflow.

At the full-day Wood Pro Conference scheduled for April 12, the father and son team of Edward San Juan, president,

and Eddie San Juan, operations manager, will discuss how they have integrated CNC technology into their third-generation company’s production operations. They will cover key considerations that go into adopting and succeeding with CNC equipment.

Their presentation, “Considerations for Adapting CNC Equipment,” will also include an interactive conversation with the audience that will address CNC benefits and pitfalls.

About the 2023 Closets Conference & Expo and Wood Pro Expo Florida
The annual Closets Conference & Expo is the only national event for all closet and home storage professionals. It is co-located with Wood Pro Expo Florida (WPE), a regional marketplace for woodworking professionals. The events are organized by Closets & Organized Storage and FDMC magazines respectively. DOWN LOAD

The Closets Expo and WPE each kick off with a separate full-day conference on April 12, followed by the two-day expo, April 13-14, featuring woodworking machinery, supplies, and components. Additional educational programming is offered on both days of the expo. Tours of local manufacturing plants and the popular Top Shelf Design Awards networking reception are also key features of the event.
