A walnut bench molds to the body for soft seating comfort

According to Adam Friedman, furniture designer, craftsman, and head of Los Angeles-based Sitskie Furniture, people have a love/hate relationship with upholstered furniture. He says people like the soft seating but are concerned about damage to the fabric, and style lastingness. As a solution, he developed furniture made of small, compressed lumber blocks which interlock together to gently mold to the human body. The result? – Long seating hours with no cushion necessary. Each item is made from solid domestic hardwood and comes in a walnut or ghost oak finish.
