Department of Labor awards over $220K to laid-off Roseburg employees at Dillard plant

The U.S. Department of Labor awarded $224,994 to Oregon to support employment and training services for workers affected by layoffs at at the Dillard, Oregon plant. On Sept. 25, 2025, Roseburg Forest Products permanently closed its Dillard facility, laying off 107 workers and causing significant economic disruption to the region. Production resumed March 4, 2026.
