Holland Landing, ON -- The Board of Directors of Inscape Corporation (TSX: INQ) announced today that Peter Brunelle, the President and Chief Executive Officer has resigned, effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities. The Board thanks Mr. Brunelle for his contribution to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
The Board advised that Madan Bhayana has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer to maintain continuity and ensure an orderly transition. The Board will be looking at both internal and external candidates to fill this position.
Mr. Bhayana has been associated with Inscape for over 30 years and was involved in all aspects of the business including acting as Chief Executive Officer for many years. Mr. Bhayana, who retired from the business in 2006, serves as Chairman of the Board and is the controlling shareholder.
