iXy: A New Generation of Design at Work
June 13, 2013 | 9:58 pm CDT

Jasper, IN – iXy focuses on a new definition of design at work by bringing the open plan feel of today’s benching style into tomorrow’s private office.

When industry designer David Allan Pesso paired up with Jofco, they sought to address work pattern changes on the horizon of the office environment. They found that as the coworking generation transition into the private space, familiarity will follow. The solution: iXy, pronounced with the letters spelled out, a statement desking solution driven by technology and collaborative needs.

This inspiration behind iXy led to a clean, minimal aesthetic, creating a lean footprint and enhanced workflow. Lightweight elements balance with functional assets and integrated technology management. Kinetic stations with adjustable height surfaces and mobile pivot tables provide intelligent modularity.

iXy will be previewed in June during the NeoCon World Trade Fair in Chicago in Jofco’s showroom on the tenth floor of the Merchandise Mart, Space #1033.
