MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – Venjakob North America will demonstrate the VEN Spray One, an automated spray coating machine especially designed for use by custom wood products manufacturers at the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference & Expo, Nov. 2-4, at the International Centre.
The VEN Spray One can replace or supplement a handheld spray booth to achieve reliability and quality. The compact spray coating machine’s extra-large touch screen display and the self-explanatory user interface of the control simplifies the machine operation.
VEN Spray One is the entry-level model of Venjakob’s line of automated spray coating machines.
Also available is the VEN Spray Smart, an efficient entry-level solution with multiple options. This machine allows users to achieve the desired finishing results by flexible production requirements with solvent-based as well as with water-based coating materials.
The VEN Spray Smart can be equipped with a belt cleaning system and/or a paper belt transport system to save either material or reduce cleaning effort. The VEN Spray Smart’s modular design allows it to be expanded up to a complete finishing line by adding surface pre-treatment units, drying technology, or automated material handling technology. In addition, this spray coating machine can be equipped to coat glass or to apply glue.
Venjakob says it has engineered its technology to optimize production processes while also addressing critical industry issues including resource shortage, environmental protection, sustainability, energy savings, and lack of workers. For example, resource savings can be achieved by making use of Venjakob’s fast-color change management system or by optimizing the material pump to reduce rinsing losses.
Venjakob North America is the Canadian subsidiary of Venjakob Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, with headquarters in Germany.
