TORONTO, CANADA   – Planning for Canada’s largest event in the wood industry – Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference and Expo – is in full swing.  WMS 2015 will be held November 4-7 at the International Center in Mississauga, ON, just outside of Toronto.

WMS, held every other year, has been Canada’s largest event for the wood industry for over 30 years.  Hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of professionals from North America and beyond are expected to participate in November’s biennial conference and expo.

“Successful industry shows throughout the year at Ligna -- and now AWFS  – continue to demonstrate a recovering marketplace, ready to do business,” said Laurel Didier, publisher of Woodworking Network which also produces WMS.

“We’re happy to report that WMS exhibitor commitments are very healthy,” said Didier. “With participation from companies like Felder, Valspar, SCM Group, C.R. Onsrud and others, we’re looking forward to a very productive show.”

WMS organizers are also improving the education component of the event by upgrading the programming for its November 4 conference (formerly referred to as Wood Tech Summit) to include a plant tour and by adding educational opportunities on the expo floor November 5-7. www.Woodworkingexpo.ca
