An awesome Rube Goldberg style dog-petting contraption is going viral on YouTube and social media.

 

The Automatic Dog Petter features wooden cogs that allow two wooden hands to pet. The contraption went viral on several YouTube channels. It was built by Michigan-based Thompson Woodworks.

 

"Humans have massage chairs so why shouldn’t our pets have petting machines," said Thompson. "I gave it a Rube Goldberg style flare to make it interesting to watch."
