SACRAMENTO, CA -- The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has updated the comprehensive sell-through Regulatory Guidance document to reflect the updates in extensions previously announced for products covered by its 2007 airborne toxic control measure aimed at curbing formaldehyde emissions from composite wood panels.

DILLARD, OR -- Roseburg Forest Product's Dillard particleboard plant reportedly will be out of commission for up to three weeks following a July 9 fire.

Roseburg Forest Products announced it will close two of its operations in South Carolina later this year: the Orangeburg laminating plant which the company purchased from Decolam back in 2007; and its particleboard facility in Russellville.
