Hello, I was trying to paint a laminated furniture piece, everything was fine until I got to the topcoat, for some reason I can easily leave this semi clear type scratches, I tried a few different topcoats, but all of them have the same problem, what could be the reason? The scratches disappear if a rub them with my hand
