VANCOUVER, Wash. — Total Finishing Solutions, a supplier of industrial painting and coating equipment, automation, and consumables, announced two new appointments to their team, including a new project manager and change agent.
Brandon Griffith was named the company's newest project manager for Total Finishing Solutions, while also serving as a Change Agent for Total Finishing Solutions.
Griffith brings more than two decades of hands-on experience and technical expertise in the finishing industry to the Total Finishing team. With 23 years in the coatings industry, Griffith’s background spans powder coating, conveyor and paint lines, electrostatics, and industrial pumps. His career began in his late teens and early twenties, working directly in batch coating and auto body environments, where he developed a strong foundation in real-world finishing operations. That technical foundation ultimately led him into sales, where he has bridged the gap between engineering, systems design, and customer solutions.
Griffith has held key roles with respected industry organizations, including Springer Industrial, Tesla, and Metal Finishing Solutions. He has worked as a mechanical engineer on powder-coating lines for one of the largest powder-coating operations in the United States. His experience designing, supporting, and implementing large-scale finishing systems provides immediate value to customers seeking efficient, scalable, and reliable finishing solutions.
In his dual role at Total Finishing, Griffith will focus on project execution, system coordination, and technical leadership, while also supporting customers as a Change Agent covering Northern California—helping manufacturers evaluate, improve, and modernize their finishing processes.
“Brandon’s deep technical knowledge and long-standing industry experience make him a strong addition to our team,” said Ty Crowder, President of Total Finishing. “His ability to understand finishing challenges from the shop floor to system-level design aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver complete, customer-focused finishing solutions.”
Newest change agent
Lewis Veraldi was named a change agent for the company and will support customers and partners throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. He has extensive experience in sales leadership, distribution strategy, and operational execution, the company says.
Veraldi brings a genuine passion for sales, relationship-building, and customer-focused execution. Throughout his career, he has led national initiatives that increased revenue, strengthened distribution networks, and improved product availability across the wood, industrial, automotive refinish, pneumatic/automation, and spray nozzle industries.
What sets Veraldi apart is his commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. He takes a hands-on approach to understanding partner needs, removing obstacles, and ensuring customers feel supported from first contact through post-sale service. Whether optimizing supply chain workflows, negotiating contracts, or coordinating between sales teams and distributors, Veraldi is driven by making the customer experience seamless and dependable.
“I’m excited to bring my experience, energy, and customer-first mindset to Total Finishing,” Veraldi said. “The opportunity to support customers across the Midwest while helping grow the brand and strengthen partnerships is something I’m truly passionate about.”
