The Corsi Group, an Indianapolis-based FDMC 300 company (#205), has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of the Builders Cabinet company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Builders Cabinet, based in Chicago, is a manufacturer of bath and kitchen cabinetry serving builders and remodelers throughout the Chicago area. The company specializes in its own locally manufactured, custom, and semi-custom line, Orchard Hill Cabinetry. They also distribute other cabinet brands.
The Corsi Group, The Corsi Group is an Indianapolis-based, high-end cabinet manufacturer founded in 1973. It specializes in custom and semi-custom cabinetry through two main brands, Greenfield Cabinetry and Siteline Cabinetry, with manufacturing facilities in Indiana and West Virginia. The company operates nationally via authorized dealers and, as of 2021, is owned by private equity firm Salt Creek Capital.
The merger was announced in a statement by the Peakstone Group, which served as the financial advisor to the deal.
