CNC technology integration to highlight Mexican woodworking fair

Hundreds of exhibitors displaying CNC machinery, standard woodworking equipment and supplies for custom and production wood products manufacturing are expected to be on hand at the 23rd annual Magna ExpoMueblera. The international tradeshow and conference will be held Jan. 18 to 21 at the Centro Banamex exhibition center in Mexico City, Mexico.

WB Manufacturing's million-dollar setup

Cabinet and caseworks manufacturer WB Manufacturing invested $1.6 million in new technology to improve the production of its products. The setup is on target with Industry 4.0, where production is networked with little to no operator interface. LIGNA to Launch New Conference Series in May 2016

Organizers of LIGNA, the giant biennial wood manufacturing trade show, will launch a companion conference series during the off-years. The first will be held May 3-4, 2016 in Hannover, Germany, carries the theme, "Integrated Manufacturing in the Woodworking Industries - the Woodworking Community on its way to Industry 4.0." LIGNA also resets exhibitor categories.
