A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Kip took his Juris Doctorate at Williamette University, in specializing in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law.

Atlanta native Chip Wade has building in his blood. Coming from a long line of experienced carpenters and wood craftsmen, Chip began working with his father and at an early age developed an interest in design, carpentry, landscaping and renovation. After graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech, Chip earned his certification in residential construction and transitioned into media in 2007, lending his carpentry skills to the Atlanta team of HGTV’s Designed to Sell.
