LOS ANGELES - The TM Closet, the first-ever mobile shoe closet from fashion designer Tamara Mellon, co-founder of Jimmy Choo, is nearing the end of its cross-country tour.

 

The TM Closet, which is a 24-foot-truck with floor-to-ceiling glass panels and shoe cubbies, is filled with the brand's best-selling luxury shoes. Customers enter the TM Closet through the back of the truck, which opens up inside the shop. 

 

"We are always looking for new ways to make luxury accessible to more women," says Mellon.

Cynthia Padden, Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets won the 2019 Top Shelf Design Awards Garage over 600 square feet category for the project “Awesome Atlantic Garage.”
