New residential furniture orders rose 2% in November compared to the previous month, but were down 3% compared to 2024's figure, according to the January issue of Furniture Insights.

Cabinet industry ends 2025 on decline: KCMA Trend of Business report
Cabinet manufacturers reported overall sales dropped slightly in December 2025 compared to the same month in 2024. Annual sales were also down compared to the year prior according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association's December Trend of Business report.

October residential furniture orders drop, shipments rise: Smith Leonard
New residential furniture orders dropped 8% in October compared to the previous month, and were down 1% compared to 2024's figure, according to the December issue of Furniture Insights. Shipments were up 2% from September, and up 4% compared to October 2024.
