Neumarkt/Cologne – When it comes to aesthetics in public facilities, such as toilets or changing cubicles, Pfleiderer's new washroom collection is the right choice, because even here design plays an important role. Pfleiderer has therefore developed its own washroom collection, allowing locations with primary requirements of privacy and functionality to be designed colourfully and tastefully to a high standard. The wood-based panel manufacturer will be presenting its new range for the first time ever at the "Interzum" trade fair from 5th to 8th May 2015 in Cologne.

"Particularly moisture resistant, easy care and hard-wearing"

"Partitions for WCs and changing cubicles must be particularly moisture resistant, easy care and hard-wearing. That's a must", explains Reinhold Hinterhölzl, who is responsible for HPL product management at Pfleiderer: "Given these prerequisites, the freestyle element is to play with colour and to combine different materials with each other. Discerning architects will therefore be pleased with our new collection, which we have developed especially for washroom partitions."

42 decors and an endless number of possibilities with the "Individual" programme

The design options are virtually unlimited. For changing cubicles and WC partitions, for applications in hospitals, schools, restaurants or office buildings – designers can now choose from 42 decors, which extend from neutral white or grey to subtle pastel shades and strong contrasting colours through to warm and elegant wood reproductions. In addition, the ‘Individual’ programme allows you to create your own individual motif using digital printing technology.

With fire protection properties on request

As far as the materials of the washroom collection are concerned, the customer can choose between HPL, HPL Compact and DecoBoard (MR P3) – and if necessary can combine these with each other. "As structural fire safety also plays a central role in public buildings, on request we also offer diverse core variants for the decors of the washroom collection, which are either highly non-flammable or non-combustible." Finished with the Miniperl texture (MP) – regardless of the core material – these washroom partitions are both easy to care for and hard-wearing. The same also applies to the high-gloss (HG) texture which, especially for DecoBoard, is also available for all decors of the washroom collection.
