Venjakob to present customized finishing solutions at WMS 2023
Venjakob VEN Spray Smart

VEN SPRAY ONE can apply decorative coatings on surfaces with flat or complex geometries.

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario -- Venjakob North America will conduct live coating demonstrations on a VEN SPRAY ONE and showcase several industrial finishing processes for the wood, furniture and building material industry at the Woodworking Machinery & Supply Conference & Expo.

Various technologies are included with the VEN SPRAY ONE to apply functional or decorative coatings on surfaces with flat or complex geometries. The system is designed to replace or supplement a hand-held spray booth to increase productivity and provide reliability and quality.

End-use applications of the VEN SPRAY ONE system include:

  • Kitchen and bath cabinets
  • Residential furniture
  • Shop fittings and interior construction
  • Yacht and jet interiors
  • Construction elements like stairs, doors, and windows
  • Façade cladding
  • Acoustic ceiling tiles
  • Insulating material

Venjakob’s technical experts will be on hand to discuss how its finishing technology can help a company optimize production processes to address resource shortages, environmental protection, sustainability, lack of workers, and other important issues.

For example, Venjakob notes the benefits of installing a resource-saving recirculation system in the large-capacity booth of a VEN SPRAY PERFECT spray coating machine for applying water-based coating materials. This has proven to save heating energy and reduce environmental emissions, the company says. The integrated air humidification system assures to achieve highest coating quality with low energy consumption.
