3D printing with sawdust?

The BioMatters team at the University of Michigan has developed a method to 3D-print "concrete structures" using sawdust. The team at the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning and Digital Architecture Research & Technology (DART) Laboratory is using sawdust created at the Fabrication Laboratory at Taubman.

Video: Take a tour of a powder-coating MDF finishing line

In this GoPro video, viewers can tour the length of the UV-cured powder coating process for medium density fiberboard. This video from DVUV LLC of Cleveland was shot by a GoPro camera following MDF components traveling through an MDF powder coating line. The line utilizes ultraviolet (UV) light to instantly cure the coating. The total process time from start to finish is 20 minutes and uses a minimal amount of heat, which is crucial for heat-sensitive substrates like wood.
