US LBM has reached a definitive agreement to sell three of the company’s operating divisions, Feldman Lumber, Rosen Materials and Wallboard Supply Company, and their subsidiaries Coastal Roofing Supply, Eastern Wallboard Supply and Richardson Gypsum, to L&W Supply. L&W Supply is an operating unit of ABC Supply.

PLANO, Texas, US LBM, a distributor of specialty building materials has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Texas-based Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company, a prominent building products supplier to building professionals and homeowners in the Southwest. Upon completion of the acquisition, US LBM will operate 80 locations in Texas, 13 in Arizona, nine in New Mexico, five in Colorado and four in Oklahoma. Details of the acquisition were not released.
