Kimball International, Inc. today reported net sales of $290.1 million and net income of $6.1 million, or $0.16 per Class B diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2012 which ended June 30, 2012.

Kimball International donated over 3,000 shoes to the Soles4Souls charity. The Tennessee based charity collects gently worn and new shoes to distribute to people who need them.
