Weinig Group names Reid North American president
MOORESVILLE, N.C. - The Weinig Group has appointed Brett Reid president of the North American region, which includes operations in the United States and Canada. The appointment is effective immediately and follows the Group’s recently adopted market-based strategy combining Weinig Holz-Her USA and Weinig Holz-Her Canada into a single North American business unit.

Weinig, Holz-Her Tech Expo draws crowds
MOORESVILLE, N.C. - More than 180 woodworking professionals were in attendance at the 2018 Weinig Holz-Her Technology Expo, held April 19 and 20 at the company's facility in Mooresville, North Carolina.

This event will feature live demonstrations on more than 30 machines along with their on-demand production software EnVision and the Weinig Service App.

LAS VEGAS - During AWFS 2017, Holz-Her and Lockdowel manufactured three new closet systems per day at Holz-Her's booth.
Holz-Her's fully operational work cell, featuring the new Sector vertical panel saw, the Auriga edgebander, and the Evolution Connect vertical CNC center, designs, machines and constructs the closet systems.
Closet modules are selected, and then components are cut, edgebanded and assembled using the Lockdowel EClips system – a 2017 AWFS Visionary Awards Finalist.
