WASHINGTON -- The American Forest and Paper Association (AF&PA) applauded the 106 members of Congress who sent a letter to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lisa Jackson expressing their concerns about the threat to manufacturing jobs posed by EPA’s proposed Boiler Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) rule.
