Masco Cabinetry made news last month with the launch of its new RTA brand, Arbor Creek. The cabinetry will be available to the public in mid-March from participating dealers.

Although it is a separate brand, the line’s door styles and colors will be compatible with Masco’s Merillat Basics and QualityCabinets Woodstar lines, “allowing customers to mix products and accessories across the brands, providing even greater product flexibility and options,” said a company representative.

The Arbor Creek Cabinets line (ArborCreekCabinets.com) debuts with 104 cabinet options and 26 mouldings and accessories.

“Masco Cabinetry believes that our dealer partners are always looking for new and flexible ways to better serve their customers,” the company representative said. “Arbor Creek cabinetry comes boxed with all the necessary assembly parts and easy-to-follow instructions. Our dealers can assemble the cabinets themselves, or offer them to their customers unassembled. This allows customers who don’t mind a little assembly to keep projects moving quickly rather than waiting for pre-built cabinets to arrive.”

Available in three colors (Clove, Twilight and Snowdrift), Arbor Creek features an all-plywood box made from 1/2-inch poplar veneer, and birch doors and front frames. Four door styles are currently available: the semi-full overlay, recessed veneer look of Escanaba; the partial overlay, recessed veneer Manistee; the full overlay, veneer slab Maumee; and Shenango, with is a partial overlay, raised veneer style.

“One of the major challenges of most ready-to-assemble product lines is access and timing of replacement parts. Dealers are often forced to cannibalize inventory to complete orders that are compromised due to damaged, defective and/or missing parts,” the company said. “Arbor Creek cabinetry replacement parts will be in inventory at our North Carolina fulfillment facility and will ship within 72 hours, if in stock.”
