Black Bros. says its new-and-improved Panel Express System continues to be an industry standard for laminating HPL, decorative plastic, and other sheet products to substrates such as particleboard or MDF. When used in conjunction with fast-setting PVA, the inline, continuous process uses bank heaters to simultaneously open up wood pores and zap adhesive moisture dry to expedite the cure and allow moving straight into production.
