Insurance worker built in mistake

A tree destroyed my house and many things that were built back by the insurance companies workers were wrong, didn't work or just totally different than the original. My house was built in 1910 (which is why it was not demolished by a 250 year old tree crashing through it - just injured for about 2 years). The kitchen has giant windows 82.5 inches high. The previous owner had built in bookcases on either side of the windows with a little seated/storage area.

DHA: Canada rescinds surtax on U.S plywood and veneer

The Decorative Hardwoods Association is reporting that the Canadian government is rescinding tariffs on certain U.S. plywoods and veneers."On April 16," the DHA reported, "Canada issued a remission order on some tariffs imposed on U.S. goods. The remission order, which means that importers will not have to pay those tariffs, is for plywood and veneer inputs imported from the U.S. that are used in the manufacture or processing of plywood and other products in Canada until October 16, 2025."
