Builders FirstSource (BFS) has acquired the assets of Premium Building Components. The facilities in the cities of Ballston Spa and Queensbury, New York, are the first truss and wall panel operations in the state of New York for BFS.

A private investor has acquired Homestead Custom Cabinetry, Inc. Details of the acquisition were not released. The deal closed on August 8, 2025, was not announced in a press release until December 31.
