Homestead Custom Cabinetry sold to private investor

The Pennsylvania-based cabinetry company was acquired in August by a private investor.

DALLAS — A private investor has acquired Homestead Custom Cabinetry, Inc. Details of the acquisition  were not released. The deal closed on August 8, 2025, but was not announced in a press release until December 31.

The custom cabinet company, headquartered in Akron, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1986 by Randy Esch. The new owner was not named in the statement.

The deal was announced by Generational Group, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, which helped broker the deal.
