LA VERGNE, Tenn. — Powermatic, a woodworking machinery brand of JPW Industries, announces a comprehensive brand evolution designed to enhance the overall woodworking experience. The transformation introduces expanded purchasing options, enhanced warranty coverage and a renewed commitment to user support that is all part of a long-term initiative called “The Powermatic Difference.”

Powermatic is launching an aggressive three-year product innovation roadmap, with new machines and upgrades beginning June 2026. The new product pipeline introduces improvements based directly on feedback from professional woodworkers, educators, and serious hobbyists. These updates include enhanced ergonomics, improved controls, digital readouts, and advancements in dust collection and usability across several key machine categories.

By combining Powermatic’s signature construction with modern features and user-driven design improvements, the company aims to continue setting the benchmark for performance, durability, and precision in woodworking machinery. As part of the revitalization, Powermatic has also launched a completely redesigned Powermatic.com, built to support woodworkers throughout the buying and ownership journey.

The new platform provides extensive educational resources, including hundreds of new product images, videos, application examples, and product information designed to help woodworkers confidently choose the right machine for their shop.

In addition to enhanced educational content, the new site reinforces Powermatic’s network of trusted distributor partners, while also providing an option for woodworkers who prefer to purchase directly through Powermatic.com.

Supporting the product innovation and digital experience is Powermatic’s expanded Gold Glove Service, designed to provide woodworkers with long-term ownership confidence.

The program includes:

  • Dedicated U.S.-based technical support.
  • Access to a nationwide network of more than 225 authorized service centers.
  • Comprehensive parts support to keep machines running efficiently.
  • Optional extended warranties and preventative maintenance service plans.

Together, these initiatives ensure woodworkers have access to expert assistance and support long after their machine is installed.

“Powermatic has earned its reputation as The Gold Standard since 1921 through uncompromising build quality, precision, and durability. With this revitalization, we’re extending that same standard beyond the machine itself—into how woodworkers discover, purchase, and support their equipment.

“At the same time, we’re executing a focused three-year product roadmap built directly from user input, bringing meaningful innovation, modernized features, and expanded solutions to the categories that matter most. Whether buying through our trusted distributor partners or directly from Powermatic.com, woodworkers now have greater access to product education, U.S.-based Gold Glove support, and new optional extended warranties and service plans,” said Jimmy Uttley, Director of Product Management, Powermatic.

The newly redesigned website, launching March 2, will allow customers to purchase machines, parts and consumables directly for the first time, while continuing to support Powermatic’s trusted distributor network. Focusing on an education and support theme, the new site also offers extensive educational content with training videos, mentor profiles, and a customer-service chatbot for order tracking, case creation, returns and entry-level troubleshooting, with live-agent escalation during business hours.
