VERNON HILLS, Ill. - Inspired Closets, a brand of The Stow Company, opened a new showroom in Vernon Hills, Illinois. This move marks the third location in the Chicagoland area for industry veteran Mike Carson, who launched the inaugural Inspired Closets brand in 2017 in Oakbrook, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. 

Unlike the retail-based showrooms in Oakbrook (across the street from Oakbrook Mall) and The Mart (the historic design center in downtown Chicago), the Vernon Hills location is a flex space in a business center designed to attract designers and clients through events and partnerships. Carson explained that this approach allows them to focus on providing personalized service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

The new showroom features a variety of customizable storage solutions for different areas of the home, including bedrooms, closets, garages, and pantries. Highlights include a “boutique” closet with integrated lighting and a working kitchen for hosting events.
