Carlisle Fluid Technologies and community college offers spray finishing workshop

TOLEDO, Ohio – Carlisle Fluid Technologies, which offers Binks, DeVilbiss, Ransburg, MS, and BGK brands, has teamed up with Owens Community College to present a Spray Finishing Technology Workshop. 

The three-day, intensive training program is scheduled for May 4 to 6, 2022, in Toledo. Classes meet from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm daily and include both classroom and hands-on sessions. Attendees should be involved with industrial, contractor, or maintenance spray finishing applications, or spray equipment sales and distribution.  
Topics for the Spray Finishing Technology Workshop include:
 
            • Equipment types and selection
            • Equipment set-up, operation, and maintenance
            • Surface preparation and defect analysis
            • Material selection
            • Safety and regulatory concerns
 
Carlisle Fluid Technologies, Scottsdale, Ariz., offers a variety of finishing brands, including Binks, DeVilbiss, Ransburg, MS, and BGK. It pioneered the development of spray finishing equipment over a century ago and continues to refine and improve processes for spray finishing.

The Workforce and Community Services Division at Owens Community College is dedicated to partnering with industry to provide focused education and training programs for traditional and non-traditional students.
