Werner expands ‘Final Mile’ transport coast to coast in Canada

OMAHA, Neb. -- Werner Enterprises, a transportation and logistics provider, has extended its Werner Final Mile delivery program for furniture, store fixtures and other large or heavy items throughout Canada.

Werner’s expanded Canadian delivery network is comprised of both company-owned assets and allied agents. The company’s “white glove” service features two uniformed associates operating a liftgate straight truck to deliver customers’ non-conveyable products, including returns and exchanges, in the U.S. and Canada.

In addition to furniture and store fixtures, Werner specializes in the final mile logistics of appliances, medial, fitness and other heavy goods that require two people to deliver.
