Connect with 40 Under 40 honorees at Leadership Reception

This marks Woodworking Network’s 10th year of celebrating the industry’s next generation.

The 2025 class of Woodworking Network’s Wood Industry 40 Under 40 will be recognized at the special Leadership Reception, scheduled to take place from 5-7 p.m. on July 21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall, the day before the start of the AWFS Fair.

This year marks the 10th annual awarding of the 40 Under 40, which celebrates the next generation of industry professionals who are making an impact on wood products manufacturing in North America. Those selected have been recognized for achievements and innovations in productivity, profitability, social good, ingenuity, innovation, peer inspiration, product development, and organizational leadership. Honorees are involved in the cabinetry, furniture, closets/home organization, architectural woodwork, retail fixtures, wood components markets, and related markets.

“For ten years, we have selected and honored 40 individuals, under the age of 40 to represent the Woodworking Network’s 40 Under 40. This year at AWFS Fair, we will again honor 40 of the industry’s young movers and shakers, the up-and-coming leaders who are making an impact in their companies and helping to transform the industry. We hope you will join us and many of the alumni who have earned this distinction in the past,” said Tim Fixmer, president and CEO of CCI Media, the parent of Woodworking Network.

“All AWFS Fair attendees and exhibitors are welcome to join in the 40 Under 40 Leadership Reception. We hope to see you there.”

The 40 Under 40 Class of 2025 is sponsored by PaintLine and Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Co. (PLM).

“Industry growth comes in many forms. One of the most important is building young professionals into industry leaders,” said Ryan Wagner, FDMC publisher. “This class of 2025 40 under 40 recipients is proof of that concept. It will be great to connect with them at the Leadership Reception, hearing how they were inspired, how their stories helped shape them, and how they envision their future and the future of their companies as both grow together.”
