HIGH POINT, N.C.— Nominations for the Class of 2024 for induction into the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame are now open. All members of the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame Foundation are eligible to nominate and to second a nomination.
“The Selection Committee seeks candidates from across the industry who have impacted home furnishings in extraordinary ways,” says Karen McNeill, president of the Hall of Fame Board of Directors. “We asked the industry to consider those leaders – no matter what their role – who exemplify creativity, innovation, philanthropy, and the ability to initiate change. Think of your peers that most deserve the recognition that is the highest honor bestowed in our industry.”
During an intensive five-month selection process, the Hall of Fame Selection Committee carefully considers individuals to determine who showcases excellence, superior accomplishments, innovation and creativity, and philanthropic generosity of their time, talents and resources. The final selection is determined by a points-based system, with ballots cast individually and online by each of the seven selection committee members.
