CHARLOTTE, NC - Cefla North America is bringing a variety of coating and finishing technologies to Booth #9511 at the AWFS Fair 2015, the largest national trade show in the U.S. this year for the woodworking industry.

Mito K – The Mito K is a cost-effective spray solution for small-to-medium manufacturers that is suitable for water and solvent-based materials, as well as adhesives. Each unit can be fitted with four guns in two circuits with recycling. An in-feed part scanner assures application accuracy, and a dual dry-filtration system removes overspray and reduces maintenance.

DV Systems CFS: Cefla Finishing Group says its extremely versatile CFS - Compact Flooring System-  helps expand capacity without vast plant floor extensions. With virtually 100 percent coating transfer and optimal use of space, CFS offers efficiency based on technology-enhanced flooring finishing.

CVS (Plastic Program): A moulding finishing system that incorporates sanding, coating and curing in a single compact, cost-effective work center, CVS sanding wheel positions are available for up to all four sides of the profile.  Coating is applied and excess removed via four individually-controllable vacuum heads. Curing is nearly instantaneous using multiple UV lamps.

Smartcoater Evo by Sorbini: Suitable for many applications and industries, Smartcoater Evo by Sorbini is available in fixed and floating head models.  All Evo machines feature a touch-screen control to manage all production parameters, as well as easy accessibility, reduced spillage, quick cleaning, simple and fast application roller changeover, power and dependability, an emergency lift system, and total accessibility and visibility of the most used components for easier maintenance.

UV-R: This innovative UV curing system that offers faster curing, up to 30 percent lower energy consumption than standard UV, lower emissions, and higher product quality. Cefla Finishing also offers UV Superfocus technology to reduce the number of lamps required by up to 50 percent; addition of UV-LED for temperature-sensitive materials; and a UV-R Hybrid that combines Superfocus and LED.
