Labor secretary disappointed in vaccination ruling, stands by OSHA authority
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh was disappointed about the Supreme Court's Jan. 13 ruling on the department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s emergency temporary standard on vaccination and testing.
Walsh said that the agency had the right to enact the worker safety ruling. He said the ruling was a "major setback to the health and safety of workers across the country."
