Specialty Building Products expands its door and millwork business.

DULUTH, Ga. -- Specialty Building Products LLC continued its acquisition spree when it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Millwork Sales, distributor of doors, door components, moulding and millwork products with locations in Royal Palm Beach and Orlando, Fla. 

This represents the latest in acquisitions by SBP, which included Reeb Millwork and  DW Distribution, and represents a continuation of SBP's efforts to expand its door manufacturing and distribution capabilities and expand the Company's presence in Florida and the Southeast, according to a company statement. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
