The site is a division of SurfaceNet LLC, and is an online resource and marketplace for the decorative surfacing industry.

Arauco has signed an agreement to acquire Prime-Line Inc., a manufacturer of MDF moulding and millwork products. Arauco said the acquisition strengthens its presence in the North American moulding industry.
