ALPHARETTA, GA — Neenah Paper Inc., a global producer of  technical products, on July 31 announced a price increase for all technical products produced by Neenah Paper in the United States, including papers used for heat transfer, coated abrasives, decorative components, clean rooms and labels.

The price increase is scheduled to become effective on Sept. 1.

“Neenah Paper is increasing its prices in response to the continuing rise in the costs of raw materials, specifically the unprecedented increases in latex,” said Dennis Runsten, president of Neenah Paper Technical Products-U.S. “The suppliers of our petrochemicals have been forced to implement a series of rapid and significant price increases that limit our ability to mitigate them.”
