EDDYSTONE, PA –Lyropa Tool Corp., a developer of products for DIYers and woodworking professionals, has established a deal with Canadian Tire Retail to sell its Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System under Canadian Tire’s Mastercraft Maximum brand. Beginning 4th Quarter 2007, Canadian Tire has committed to a $1 million product order and will spend another $1 million on advertising to promote the product to Canadian consumers. The Twist-Lok Drill and Drive System is currently available at Ace Hardware and Do it Best Corp. chains in the United States, but Lyropa is marketing its product to larger American retailers to gain better exposure for its product in the more lucrative U.S. market.
